Veldrom, Feldrom og Kempen danner siden kommunereformen i 1970 en bydel, der tilhører byen Horn-Bad Meinberg og ligger i den nordrhein-westfäliske kommune Lippe, regeringsdistriktet Detmold. I byen bor godt 830 mennesker.
Historisk set tilhørte Veldrom, som ligger i dalen, det evangeliske fyrstedømme Lippe. Feldrom, som ligger ved Eggehang, og nabobyen Kempen var før 1970 samlet i kommunen Kempenfeldrom og i århundreder den nordligste spids af det katolske fyrstebispedømme Paderborn, som de faldt til Preussen i 1802.
