Den katolske kirke St. Goar og St. Elisabeth er et fredet bygningsværk i Sankt Goar i Rhein-Hunsrück-Kreis. Den neogotiske basilika blev opført fra 1887 til 1891 efter planer af arkitekterne Heinrich Wiethase og Eduard Endler fra Köln.
Kirken er viet til Sankt Goar, en præstemunk fra Aquitanien, samt til Sankt Elisabeth af Thüringen.
