Naturreservatet Lippeaue fra Stockum til Werne ligger i områderne for byerne Bergkamen og Werne i Unna Kreis i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Det cirka 188 ha store område blev beskyttet i 2007 under nøglenummeret UN-056. Det strækker sig sydøstligt og østligt for kernebyen Werne og syd for Stockum, en bydel af Werne, langs Lippe. Lidt syd for løber Datteln-Hamm-kanalen, og lidt længere syd for ligger landevejen L 736.
