Arenys de Munt ", og de munt for "op ad bakken" i modsætning til Arenys de Mar, "sand ved havet") er en kommune i comarcaen Maresme i Catalonien, Spanien. Den ligger i indlandet fra kysten, i el Corredor-bjergkæden og inkluderer toppen af el Montalt. Den bevarer en tekstilindustri specialiseret i produktion af håndklæder og er også kendt for produktionen af jordbær, kirsebær og likører. B-511 vejen forbinder byen med Arenys de Mar, Vallgorguina og Sant Celoni.
