Biescas er en kommune i Spanien, der tilhører regionen Alto Gállego, provinsen Huesca. Befolkningen er 1474 indbyggere.
Biescas ligger 875 m over havets overflade ved bredden af floden Gállego og udgør indgangen til Tena-dalen. Den ligger 16 km fra Sabiñánigo og 72 km fra Huesca, hovedstaden, og er et vigtigt kommunikationsknudepunkt mellem Jacetania og Alto Sobrarbe.
Det er forbindelsespunktet til dalen ved floden Ara gennem bjergpasset Cotefablo og en by-bro over Gállegos løb.
