Sant Climent Sescebes er en kommune i kommunen Alt Empordà. Området grænser mod nord til Jonquera. Det ligger i dalen ved riberne Af Anyet.
Det har tørkebaseret landbrug med vinmarker og olivenlunde. Vinen er fra oprindelsesbetegnelsen Empordà. Der er et af de vigtigste militære uddannelsescentre i Catalonien, som har givet byen en indtægtskilde i forhold til tjenesteydelserne.
