Olot er en by i den spanske autonome region Catalonien, i provinsen Girona. Det er hovedstaden i comarcaen Garrotxa og ligger tæt på Pyrenæerne, cirka 50 kilometer nordvest for byen Girona. I 2013 havde Olot et indbyggertal på 33.981. Byen ligger midt i naturparken "Den Vulkaniske Zone La Garrotxa". Højdepunkten i dette naturområde er den 786 meter høje vulkan "Croscat".
