Agost er en kommune i den spanske provins Alicante i Valencia-regionen med et areal på 67 km². Agost har 4.729 indbyggere.
Den lerholdige jord i Sierra del Ventùos og Sierra del Castellar er en sand guldmine for Agost. I tolv fabrikker sidder keramikerne stadig ved gamle drejeskiver, og deres arbejde bliver bagt i ovnen efter arabisk forbillede. Museo de Alfarería har til formål at bevare håndværket.
