Vilafranca del Penedès, eller blot Vilafranca, er hovedstaden i regionen Alt Penedès i Catalonien, Spanien. Den spanske stavemåde af navnet, Villafranca del Panadés, er ikke længere i officiel brug siden 1982. Den ligger i Penedès-depressionen på venstre bred af Foix-floden og på hovedaksen for kommunikation fra Barcelona til Tarragona og Valencia, betjent af en Rodalies Barcelona linje 4 og af AP-7 motorvejen samt af C-243 mod Sant Sadurní d'Anoia og C-15 veje til hhv. Vilanova i la Geltrú og Igualada.
