Kirken Santa María de Farfaña er bygget på en bakke, ved siden af slottet og ovenfor byen Castellón de Farfaña i den katalanske kommune Noguera, i provinsen Lleida.
I det 12. århundrede var der et primitivt romansk tempel, kapellet i slottet. Denne konstruktion blev genoprettet i midten af det 14. århundrede. Byggeriet blev iværksat i 1347 af grevinde Cecilia af Urgel, og året efter var man allerede i gang med arbejdet. Værket fortsatte under Pedro II af Urgel, søn af Cecilia og Jaime I af Urgel.
