Foix-dæmningen er en spansk vandkraftinfrastruktur, der er bygget over floden Foix, en kort flod på blot 41 km i længde, der har sin kilde i Sierra de la Llacuna, som ligger i Noya kommune. Denne dæmning ligger præcist i kommunen Castellet og Gornal, i Alto Panadés regionen, grænsende op til Garraf regionen, i provinsen Barcelona, Catalonien.
