Sía-passet er et lille bjergpas, der ligger 1246 meter over havets overflade, beliggende i den mest østlige del af Cantabriske bjergkæde. Det forbinder dalene ved Asón-floden i nord og Trueba-floden i syd. Konkret forbinder det kommunerne Soba og Espinosa de los Monteros. Dets vandseparerende linje markerer den østlige grænse for Collados del Asón naturpark, en naturpark der er inkluderet i netværket af beskyttede naturområder i Cantabria.
