Sa Fosca er en del af strømmen fra Gorg Blau i området omkring Escorca på Mallorca, og den er kendetegnet ved, at solens lys ikke når ind, og det er herfra, navnet stammer.
Den begynder ved Salt de s'Acollonament, inde i strømmen fra Gorg Blau og slutter kort før Pas dels Caçadors, næsten lige ved udmundingen af strømmen fra Gorg Blau til s'Entreforc, hvor den møder Torrent de Lluc for at danne Torrent de Pareis. Den kan krydses helt med det rette udstyr, men det er en meget vanskelig tur, da det kræver brug af neopren dragter, kendskab til kløften og dygtighed i rappelling teknik. Torrent des Gorg Blau består af mere end 40 fald fordelt over mere end 6 km rute mellem vægge, der når op til 300 m i højde.
