Vejen C-26 eller Eix Prepirinenc er en vej i Cataloniens primære grundnetværk, der krydser Catalonien fra vest til øst under Prepirineu og forbinder provinserne Segrià, Noguera, Alt Urgell, Solsonès, Berguedà, Ripollès, Garrotxa og Alt Empordà. Med en længde på 269,1 km starter den i Alfarràs, på grænsen til Aragón, og slutter i Borrassà, hvor den forbinder med N-II. De vigtigste byer, den forbinder, er Balaguer, Artesa de Segre, Ponts, Solsona, Berga, Ripoll, Olot, Besalú og Figueres.
