Guadalmedina er en kystflod i det sydlige Spanien, der udspringer ved Cruz-toppen i Sierra de Camarolos i en højde af 1.433 m over havet. Den har en længde på 47 km indtil dens udløb, midt i byen Málaga. På sin vej krydser den den naturpark, Montes de Málaga.
