Forbrydelsen i Gádor var navnet givet til kidnapningen i 1910 og den efterfølgende mord på en syvårig dreng af Francisco Leona i Gádor, Almería, Spanien. Formålet med forbrydelsen var at bruge barnets blod og kropsfedt som en folkemedicin mod en velhavendes tuberkulose. Dengang troede man, at det at drikke blodet fra et menneskebarn og bruge deres kropsfedt som kataplasme var en kur mod tuberkulose.
