Borgen Monfragüe er en konsolideret ruinfæstning, der ligger i hjertet af Monfragüe nationalpark, inden for den spanske kommune Torrejón el Rubio, provinsen Cáceres, Extremadura.
Araberne erobrede disse områder i år 713 og kaldte dem Al-Mofrag, som betyder "afgrunden". Det var dem, der byggede fæstningen her i år 811 over resterne af en gammel befæstning, der oprindeligt blev brugt af keltiske stammer til at forsvare sig mod romerne og senere anvendt af romerne som et strategisk observationspunkt.
