Deza-floden er en flod i det nordvestlige hjørne af den iberiske halvø, der løber gennem provinsen Pontevedra, Galicien, Spanien. Det er en biflod til Ulla-floden. Den udspringer fra Sierra del Testeiro, i sognet Zobra, ved sammenløbet af to vandløb, Candosa og Trasdomonte. Dens vigtigste bifloder er Asneiro-floden og Toja-floden. Den har en længde på 59,4 km og har et opland på 551 km². Den absolutte vandføring ved udløbet er 18,6 m³/s.
