Teater Villamarta i Jerez de la Frontera er et teater designet i andalusisk regionalisme af Teodoro Anasagasti, bygget i 1926.
I begyndelsen af 1920'erne foreslog kong Alfonso XIII til aristokraten fra Jerez, Álvaro Dávila y Agreda, marques af Villamarta, at der skulle bygges et teater for at imødekomme kravene fra den velhavende overklasse, primært aristokrater, der dominerede den voksende vinindustri.
Dette smukke teater er en amalgam af modernisme med reminiscenser af Gaudí og en vis kubistisk smag. Som en kuriositet er det en af de første bygninger i Spanien til at bruge beton.
Publikums disposition i forhold til scenen er frontal med en kapacitet på 1.226 tilskuere delt i tre hovedområder. Teatrets program inkluderer alle slags aktiviteter; opera, teater, ballet, flamenco, klassisk musik, osv., så det sceniske udstyr er forberedt til alle disse typer begivenheder.
