Katedralen i Le Mans er en katedral i den franske by Le Mans, der består af et romansk skib og et gotisk kor. Katedralen tilhører, især takket være det gotiske kor, de vigtigste religiøse bygninger i Frankrig. Den beskyttende helgen er Julianus af Le Mans.
Omkring år 1100 blev der i Le Mans opført en romansk katedral på stedet for en ældre. Denne romanske katedral blev i 1134 og 1137 ramt af brand og blev derefter genopbygget i senromansk stil. Fra denne tid stammer blandt andet lysbuen og hvælvingen af skibet. På samme tid blev den smukke sydportal af skibet også opført, som er udsmykket med skulpturer i stilen fra vestfacaden af katedralen i Chartres.
