Normandiebroen er en hængebro, der krydser Seinen og forbinder Le Havre, i området af kommunen Sandouville, med Honfleur. Designet af dette enestående byggeri tilskrives Michel Virlogeux. Bygningen af Normandiebroen blev overdraget, hvad angår betondelen, til gruppe af virksomhederne "GIE Pont de Normandie" og, hvad angår metaldelen, til Monberg og Thorsen. Dette "GIE Pont de Normandie" samlede syv virksomheder: Bouygues, Campenon-Bernard, Dumez, GTM, Spie Batignolles, Quillery og Sogea. Levering og implementering af hængslerne var blevet underleveret af GIE Pont de Normandie til Freyssinet. De overordnede studier samt studierne af betondelen blev udført af GIE Pont de Normandie og blev ledet af B. Raspaud, mens studierne af metaldelen blev overdraget til Eiffel og Cowi-Consult. CSTB's rolle var at måle stedet og simulere den aerodynamiske adfærd af strukturen. Byggepladsens ledelse blev sikret af G. Barlet og P. Jacquet.
