Payrac er en kommune i Lot-departementet i det sydvestlige Frankrig. Indbyggerne i Payrac kaldes "Payraçois" og "Payraçoises".
Payrac var en vigtig by i oldtidens Rom, men på grund af militære kampagner og plyndringer fra Hundredeårskrigen og Den sorte død faldt byens befolkning drastisk til det punkt, hvor den næsten var ubeboet. Under indflydelse fra herrer flyttede bønder til og genbefolkede Payrac.
