Saint-Venant er en kommune i det franske departement Pas-de-Calais og har 3206 indbyggere. Stedet er en del af arrondissementet Béthune.
Byen hed indtil det 12. århundrede Papingehem, opkaldt efter et personnavn. Den første omtale, som Papingehem, er fra 1075. Da folk begyndte at tale fransk, fik den navnet efter sin skytshelgen, Sankt Venantius, en munk der levede her i det 8. århundrede.
