Thézan-des-Corbières er en fransk kommune, beliggende i øst for Aude-afdelingen i regionen Occitanie. På historisk og kulturelt plan er kommunen en del af Corbières-massivet, et kalksten kaos, der danner overgangen mellem Centralmassivet og Pyrenæerne. Udsat for et middelhavsklima, er den drænet af Aussou, Donos-bækken, Prade-bækken, Saint-Estève-bækken og forskellige andre små vandløb. Kommunen har en bemærkelsesværdig naturarv: et Natura 2000-sted og seks naturområder med økologisk, faunistisk og floristisk interesse.
