Ménétréol-sous-Sancerre er en kommune i Cher-afdelingen i Centre-Val de Loire-regionen i Frankrig.
En vinproducerende og landbrugsby beliggende ved bredden af floderne Vauvise og Loire samt Loire-lateral kanalen, cirka 26 miles nordøst for Bourges, ved krydset mellem D9 og D920 samt D307 vejene. De Sauvignon blanc druer, der dyrkes her, bruges til Sancerre AOC vine.
