Cherbourg-Octeville er en tidligere kommune i den nordlige del af den normanniske halvø Cotentin i departementet Manche i den tidligere region Basse-Normandie i det nordvestlige Frankrig.
Cherbourg-Octeville blev dannet, efter at byen Cherbourg den 28. februar 2000 optog kommunen Octeville og officielt blev omdøbt til Cherbourg-Octeville. Indbyggerne i Octeville stemte i slutningen af 1999 i en folkeafstemning med et flertal for fusionen; de andre kommuner, der skulle indgå i kommunalreformen, stemte imod en sammenlægning med Cherbourg.
