Blaye er en fransk by med 4838 indbyggere i departementet Gironde i regionen Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Byen er sæde for underpræfekturet i arrondissementet Blaye, som består af fire kantoner, og den er hovedbyen i kantonen L’Estuaire. Blaye ligger ved den østlige bred af estuaret Gironde, som nær Bordeaux dannes ved samløbet af Dordogne og Garonne. En lille bæk, Saugeron, løber i stort omfang kanalyseret gennem byområdet og danner en havn over en længde på 200 meter, før den munder ud i Gironde.
