Entrechaux er en fransk kommune med 1.134 indbyggere i departementet Vaucluse i regionen Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Entrechaux ligger cirka 6 km sydøst for Vaison-la-Romaine, mellem floden Ouvèze og Mont Ventoux. Kommuneområdet tilhører den regionale naturpark Mont-Ventoux. I nordøst munder Toulourenc som venstre biflod ud i Ouvèze og danner samtidig grænsen til den nærliggende kommune Mollans-sur-Ouvèze og til departementet Drôme. Yderligere nærliggende kommuner er Malaucène, Crestet, Saint-Marcellin-lès-Vaison, Saint-Romain-en-Viennois og Faucon. Den nærmeste større by er Carpentras, som ligger 19 km mod syd.
