Marckolsheim er en fransk kommune med 4159 indbyggere i departementet Bas-Rhin i regionen Grand Est. Den tilhører kantonen Sélestat i arrondissementet Sélestat-Erstein og er medlem samt sæde for den i 2012 grundlagte kommuneforening Ried de Marckolsheim.
Marckolsheim ligger i den sydlige del af Grand Ried-landskabet. Afstanden til den østligt beliggende Rhin, som her danner grænsen til Tyskland, er seks kilometer, til Colmar i sydvest er der 22 km, og til Strasbourg i nord er der 50 km. Marckolsheim er den sydligste kommune i departementet Bas-Rhin. Ved dens vestlige kant løber Rhein-Rhône-kanalen.
