Loiren [lwaːʁ] er med en længde på 1004 kilometer den største af de floder, der strømmer ud til Atlanterhavet i Frankrig. Fra Centralmassivet strømmer den mod nord og nordvest indtil Orléans, derefter sydvest og vest gennem Tours, Saumur og Nantes til udløbet ved Saint-Nazaire.
Efter Loire blev seks departementer opkaldt: Haute-Loire, Loire, Saône-et-Loire, Indre-et-Loire, Maine-et-Loire og Loire-Atlantique, samt regionerne Centre-Val de Loire og Pays de la Loire.
