Col d'Aubisque er en 1709 m høj bjergpas i de franske Pyrenæer. Fra vest til øst forbinder den Laruns i Vallée d'Ossau med Argelès-Gazost i dalen ved Gave de Pau. På vestsiden ligger kurbadet Eaux-Bonnes og skisportsstedet Gourette, og østsiden fører over en anden pas, den 1474 meter høje Col du Soulor. Col d'Aubisque er en af de mest kendte stigninger i Tour de France, som allerede har krydset den 71 gange.
