Onlay er en fransk kommune med 154 indbyggere i departementet Nièvre i regionen Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Den hører til arrondissementet Château-Chinon og kantonen Château-Chinon. Indbyggerne kaldes Onlayens. Onlay ligger cirka tres kilometer øst-sydøst for Nevers i Morvan. Onlay er omgivet af nabokommunerne Saint-Léger-de-Fougeret mod nord og øst, Achun mod nord og nordøst, Villapourçon mod øst og sydøst, Ougny mod sydøst, Préporché mod syd og sydvest samt Noulins-Engilbert mod vest og nordvest.
