Montsec-bakket er en bakketop, der ligger i skråningerne ved Meuse, beliggende på territoriet af kommunen Montsec i det franske departement Meuse, i Lorraine, i den administrative region Grand Est. På toppen af bakken, i en højde af 377 meter, står et monument, der mindes de offensiver, som den amerikanske hær førte på Saint-Mihiel-næsen under første verdenskrig, fra den 12. til den 15. september og fra den 9. til den 11. november 1918.
