Perpignan Katedral er en romersk-katolsk katedral og et nationalt monument i Frankrig, beliggende i byen Perpignan i Languedoc-Roussillon. Den er helliget Sankt Johannes Døberen.
Katedrale blev påbegyndt i 1324 af kong Sancho af Mallorca og blev senere færdiggjort i det 15. århundrede. Den erstattede katedralen i Elna og var derfor først sæde for biskoppen af Elne og derefter, fra 1602, biskoppen af Perpignan-Elne.
