Observatoriet i Nice er et astronomisk observatorium beliggende i Nice, Frankrig, på toppen af Mont Gros. Observatoriet begyndte at blive bygget i 1879 af bankmanden Raphaël Bischoffsheim. Arkitekten var Charles Garnier, mens Gustave Eiffel designede kuplen.
Refraktor-teleskopet på 76 cm, konstrueret af Henry og Gautier, begyndte at operere i 1887 og var det største i et privat observatorium og det første på så høj en højde. Selvom det havde samme åbning som refraktor-teleskopet fra observatoriet i Pulkovo i det russiske imperium, befandt det franske teleskop sig i en større højde. Begge havde erstattet teleskopet på 69 cm fra observatoriet i Wien, men begge blev afløst et år senere af teleskopet på 91 cm fra Lick Observatoriet.
