Col de Puymorens er en bjergpas i den franske kommune Porté-Puymorens over hovedkammen i Pyrenæerne mellem dalen af Ariège og regionen Cerdanya. Historisk set dannede passet grænsen mellem Frankrig og Catalonien, men siden Pyrenæernes Traktat i 1659 tilhører den nordlige del af Cerdanya også Frankrig, og vejen går helt i Frankrig. Col de Puymorens har i århundreder haft en vigtig trafikfunktion og er blevet bestiget flere gange i Tour de France.
