Perivale er en London Underground station i Perivale i det nordvestlige London. Den ligger på West Ruislip-grenen af Central linjen, mellem Greenford og Hanger Lane stationer, og er i Travelcard Zone 4.
The Great Western Railway åbnede "Perivale Halt" den 2. maj 1904, men den blev lukket, da den nuværende London Underground station blev åbnet den 30. juni 1947. Den blev designet i 1938 af Brian Lewis, senere Chief Architect for Great Western Railway, men færdiggørelsen blev forsinket af Anden Verdenskrig. Den færdige bygning blev modificeret af arkitekten Frederick Francis Charles Curtis. Et planlagt tårn og en udvidet fløj blev aldrig konstrueret, hvilket efterlod stationen mindre end beregnet. I juli 2011 var stationen en af 16 London Underground stationer, der blev gjort til en listed bygning i klasse II.
