Knettishall er en landsby og en civil parish i West Suffolk-distriktet i Suffolk i det østlige England. Beliggende på den sydlige bred af floden Little Ouse, havde den i 2005 en befolkning på 40. Fra folketællingen i 2011 blev befolkningen i landsbyen ikke opretholdt, og den er inkluderet i den civile parish af nabobyen Hopton.
Parishen indeholder Knettishall Heath Country Park og resterne af RAF Knettishall, et flyveplads fra Anden Verdenskrig.
