Hadleigh () er en gammel markedsby og civil parish i South Suffolk, Østanglia, beliggende ved floden Brett, mellem de større byer Sudbury og Ipswich. Den havde en befolkning på 8.253 ved folketællingen i 2011. Hovedkvarteret for Babergh District Council var placeret i byen indtil 2017.

I D.B. står t for th; og den sande A.S. form fremgår i et Worcs. charter, dateret 849, som hæðleage med reference til Headley Heath i Birch, C.S. ii. 40; se Duignan, Stednavne i Worcs. Meningen er 'heath-lea.' På en lignende måde er den A.S. ð blevet til t i Hatfield, som betyder 'heath-field'.
