Great Shelford er en landsby beliggende ca. 4 miles syd for Cambridge, i amtet Cambridgeshire, i det østlige England. I 1850 indeholdt Great Shelford sogn 1.900 acres skåret over af floden Cam. Befolkningen i 1841 var 803 mennesker. I 2001 var denne vokset til 3.949 og ved folketællingen 2011 til 4.233. Det blev
beskrevet som Britanniens 22. rigeste landsby i 2011.
Great Shelford er tvillingebyen med Verneuil-en-Halatte i Oise departementet i Frankrig. Turene til Verneuil-en-Halatte drives af Shelford Twinning Association.
