Easebourne () er en landsby, anglikansk sogn og civil parish i Chichester-distriktet i West Sussex, England. Det ligger en halv mile nord for Midhurst, over floden Rother på A272 og A286 vejene. Sognet inkluderer landsbyen Henley mod nord. I folketællingen i 2001 var der 708 husstande med en samlet befolkning på 1.717, hvoraf 785 var økonomisk aktive.
Easebourne blev opført i Domesday Book i 1086 som et gammelt Hundred, et stort område der strækker sig så langt ud som Graffham og Cocking mod syd, Stedham mod vest og Tillington mod øst, samt to landsbyer der ikke var sogne: Todham mod sydøst og Buddington mod vest; i alt omfattede det 12 bosættelser med 276 husstande.
