Hucking er en lille landsby og en civil sogn i Maidstone-distriktet i Kent, England. Det ligger 4 miles nordøst for Maidstone og 5 miles sydvest for Sittingbourne. Sognet ledes af et sognmøde.
Bosættelsen ligger på toppen af North Downs i et udpeget område af enestående naturlig skønhed nær landsbyerne Hollingbourne, Detling, Bicknor og Wormshill og mellem de vigtigste veje A249 og B2163, der forbinder byerne Sittingbourne og Maidstone. Sognets kirke er viet til St Margaret.
