Newport Pagnell er en by i Borough of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England. Office for National Statistics registrerer Newport Pagnell som en del af det urbane område i Milton Keynes. Den er adskilt fra resten af det urbane område af M1 motorvejen, hvor Newport Pagnell Services ligger.
Byen blev første gang nævnt i Domesday Book fra 1086 som Neuport, gammeldansk for 'Ny Markedsby', men på det tidspunkt var den gamle angelsaksiske by domineret af de normanniske invadører. Suffikset 'Pagnell' kom senere, da godset kom i hænderne på Pagnell-familien. Det var den vigtigste by i "Tre Hundreder af Newport", et distrikt der havde næsten den samme grænse som den moderne borough.
