Stoke Row er en landsby og civil parish i Chiltern Hills, cirka 5 miles vest for Henley-on-Thames i South Oxfordshire og cirka 9 miles nord for Reading. Den 2011 Census registrerede parish-befolkningen til 651.
Den tidligst kendte overlevende optegnelse af navnet er fra 1435. Stoke er et almindeligt steder navn afledt fra gammelengelsk, typisk betydende en sekundær bosætning eller udhuse. Med suffikset "row" betyder det en "række af huse i Stoke".
