Kilby Bridge er en del af kommunen Oadby og Wigston, hvis sydligste grænse ligger langs floden Sence, beliggende i Sence-dalen 1,32 miles syd for Wigston Magna mellem landsbyerne Newton Harcourt 1,71 miles mod øst og den forladte middelalderlandsby Foston 0,63 miles mod syd.
Bygden har to broer, der tager Welford Road over floden Sence og Grand Union Canal. Den tredje bro fører Midland Main Line jernbanen over Welford Road nord for bygden.
