Hinksey Stream er en biflod til Themsen vest for byen Oxford, England. Den starter som Seacourt Stream, der forlader Themsen ved en bifurcation nord for landsbyen Wytham og genforenes med floden syd for byen nær Kennington.
Fra bifurkationen flyder Seacourt Stream syd forbi Wytham og under A34 Oxford Ringvej. Nær stedet for den tabte landsby Seacourt grener Botley Stream sig af fra Seacourt Stream på dens venstre bred og flyder 0,8 km for at munde ud i Bulstake Stream. Seacourt Stream flyder derefter under Botley Road og munder ud i Bulstake Stream nær North Hinksey.
