Loughor-floden () er en flod i Wales, der markerer grænsen mellem Carmarthenshire og Swansea. Floden har sin kilde i en underjordisk sø ved Black Mountain, der dukker op til overfladen fra Llygad Llwchwr, som oversættes fra walisisk som "øje af Loughor". Den flyder forbi Ammanford og Hendy i Carmarthenshire og Pontarddulais i Swansea. Floden deler Carmarthenshire fra Swansea i store dele af dens forløb, og den adskiller Hendy fra Pontarddulais på det sted, hvor floden bliver tidevandsagtig. Loughor møder havet ved sin udmunding nær byen Loughor, hvor den adskiller sydkysten af Carmarthenshire fra nordkysten af Gower-halvøen. Blandt dens bifloder er floden Amman, som går sammen med Loughor nær Pantyffynnon. Området af oplandet er omkring 262 kvadratkilometer.
