A4118-vejen ligger i Swansea, Wales, og forbinder Dyfatty Street i Swansea City Center med Port Eynon på Gower-halvøen. Ruten løber gennem forstadsområder, indtil den når Upper Killay, hvor vejen går ind i det landlige Gower. Den passerer over Fairwood Common og gennem flere landsbyer, før den slutter ved Port Eynon.
