Otterton Vandmølle ligger ved floden Otter i Devon. En vandmølle blev registreret i dette område i Domesday Book i 1086. Møllen havde tre par stene. Godset og dets mølle blev givet af Kong Henrik V til nonnerne fra Syon Abbey. Ved opløsningen blev godset solgt til Richard Duke, i hvis families eje møllen forblev i 200 år. Solgt igen i 1785 til Denys Rolle, gik ejendommen og møllen efterfølgende gennem ægteskab til Clinton-familien, som stadig ejer møllen som en del af Clinton Devon Estates.
Møllet blev lukket i 1959, og bygningerne blev efterfølgende brugt til kornopbevaring. Vandmøllen blev restaureret i 1977 af Desna Greenhow og fungerer stadig i dag. Ved møllen ligger et bageri, en butik, en restaurant og et galleri for kunst og håndværk.
