Lancaster Gate er en London Underground station beliggende på Central linjen nær Lancaster Gate på Bayswater Road i Paddington, nord for Kensington Gardens. Den ligger mellem Queensway og Marble Arch på Central linjen og er i Travelcard Zone 1.
Lancaster Gate station blev åbnet den 30. juli 1900 af Central London Railway. Den oprindelige stationsbygning var typisk for arbejdet hos linjens oprindelige arkitekt Harry Bell Measures. Den blev revet ned, og en ny overfladebygning blev konstrueret som en del af udviklingen ovenfor i 1968. Udviklingen blev designet af T P Bennett & Son som et kontorblok, men blev snart efter omdannet til et hotel. I 2004–05 blev de nederste etager af hotellet genbeklædt med hvid sten efter et design af Eric Parry Architects. Hotellet fik planlægningsgodkendelse til genbeklædningen, så den omfattede stationsfacaden.
